1. Preamble
1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how the company named “TAXIS E.E.”, bearing the trade name “NOESISEE”, which has its headquarters in Athens, Attica (hereinafter “NOESISEE”/ “Company”) uses the Personal Data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) that collects from its Users, when they use Company’s webpage (hereinafter the “Webpage”).
1.2. “NOESISEE” is Data Controller (“Controller”) for any Personal Data provided to or collected or processed by the Company for the provision of the services offered by the Webpage.
1.3. For understanding the present Policy, please take into consideration that “we” may refer to “NOESISEE” and “you” to Webpage’ Users.
1.4. The Webpage contains important information the Company is required by the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter “G.D.P.R.”) to disclose, including (i) the controllers and processors of the Personal Data processed by us, (ii) what data we collect, (iii) how we collect your data, (iv) how we use and store your data, (v) the legal bases under which we proceed to your Personal Data collection and process, as well as (vi) your legal rights.

2. What data we collect
2.1. In case of filling out the contact form, which is posted on the Website, we collect the Personal Data that you provide to us and specifically your first and last name, your e-mail and your telephone number.
2.2. In case of submitting a request through the Website to receive a financial offer from the Company, we collect the Personal Data that you provide to us, i.e. your first and last name, your Tax Registry Number and the Tax Office, to which you belong, your residential address (city, street, number, postal code), your telephone number and your e-mail.
2.3. Data related to your identification data, which are provided by electronic devices you use (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) while using the Website (such as IP address or other data provided through the above devices as identification data position or location), which either alone or in combination with other identifiers, may lead to the identification of the User.
3. How we collect your data
3.1. You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

- Rate the Website
- Register to our Newsletter
- Communicate with us via the communication form, available on the Website
- Submit through the Website request to receive a financial offer from the Company.
3.2. We remind you that you, as a User of the Webpage, should comply with the -at each time- applicable legislation regarding protection from Personal Data processing. Specifically, you are responsible for providing to NOESISEE true, concrete, and accurate Personal Data, as also for updating them when required.

The process of your Personal Data takes place under the following legal bases;
A. In the context of performing the contract concluded between you as a User of the Webpage and the Company (art. 6, par. 1(b), G.D.P.R.). Specifically, when you use the Webpage, you enter into a contract with the Company. In the context of that contract, NOESISEE can proceed to the process of the Personal Data provided to it by you for the purpose of performing the contract into which you have entered.
B. Your consent, when it is required (art. 6, par. 1(a), G.D.P.R.).
C. Company’s compliance with its legal obligations (art. 6, par. 1(c), G.D.P.R.), i.e. with its obligations deriving from the legislative, regulatory and supervisory framework, as applicable from time to time, and the decisions of the competent Authorities and Courts.
D. The defense of Company’s legitimate interests (art. 6, par. 1(f), G.D.P.R.).
5. How will we use your Personal Data
We collect your Personal Data so that we can:
• Offer you Website’s services.
• Contact you, after submitting the contact form, available on the Website.
• Contact you and send you a financial offer, after submitting the relevant form, available on the Website.
• Receive, prepare and process your orders.
• Send you on time and properly the products you have ordered.
• Process your requests for information, respond to your questions & efficiently address and resolve your complaints regarding Website’s services.

6. How do we store your data
We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to securely store and protect every Personal Data under our control.
We inform you that the Company will retain Users’ Personal Data for five (5) years unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by Law. Once this time-period expires, Company will delete User’s Personal Data.

For any further copies, we may charge you a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You are also entitled to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your Personal Data, under certain conditions. Please note that we may retain your Personal Data in order to comply with specific legal obligations under European Union or Greek legislation, or in order to establish, exercise or support our legal claims.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data, under the following conditions; (a) if you contest the accuracy of your Personal Data for a time period that enables us to verify the accuracy of the Personal Data, (b) processing is unlawful and instead of erasing Personal Data you opt for restriction, (c) we no longer need your Personal Data but you require the Personal Data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or (d) you have objected to your Personal Data processing by us, in the context of your right to object (as described below).
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data at any time based on grounds specific to your situation if such processing is for direct marketing or if it is based on the legal basis of a public interest or of a legitimate interest of Company. In case you object to your Personal Data process on the legal basis of a public interest or of a legitimate interest, we will no longer process your Personal Data for these purposes unless we have overriding legitimate grounds for continuing processing your Personal Data or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. In case of processing your data for direct marketing purposes you have the right to object at any time and ask Company to cease processing your data for these direct marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to the following address. In such a case, the Company will cease processing your Personal Data immediately for that specific reason.

In the context of exercising any of your rights, as described above, we will provide you with information regarding your request without any delay and in any case within one month from receiving your request. That deadline might be suspended for two more months, if needed and especially after taking into consideration request’s complexity and the number of requests.

Our webpage may contain links to other webpages. Our Privacy Policy applies only to NOESISEE, so if you click on a link to another webpage, you should read their Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to our Privacy Policy
We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is in force since 11/30/2023 Any changes will become effective upon upload of the revised version of this Privacy Policy on Company’s Webpage. Webpage’s use is subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy posted on our Webpage at the time of your visit on it. You are requested to review this Privacy Policy periodically in order to remain informed about how we are protecting your Personal Data.
