The company under the name “TAXIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY LTD” and the distinctive title “NOESIS SECURITY”, which has its headquarters in Athens (hereinafter “NOESIS SECURITY” / “Company”), offers the services described below, in par. (A), governed by the mentioned in par. (B) Legal Framework.

Α. Services provided by NOESIS SECURITY

  1. Private protection services – guarding of persons and facilities.
  2. Study and installation of alarm systems in facilities. 
  3. Guarding services with specially trained dogs.
  4. Cleaning services for buildings, shops, indoor and outdoor spaces.
  5. Garden maintenance services.
  6. Elevator maintenance services.
  7. Maintenance services of fire detection, fire protection and fire extinguisher systems. 8. Disinfestation and mycicide of buildings.
  8. Disinfection of buildings.

Β. Legal Framework of NOESIS SECURITY Services

Ι. Private Protection Services – Security Provision

  • Regarding the provision of private protection services – guarding of persons and facilities, the Company is governed by Law 3707/2008 “Regulation of private companies providing security services and private investigation offices”, the delegated Ministerial Decisions and any other relevant and related legislation.
  • According to article 1 of Law 3707/2008, as private companies providing security services are considered the private companies, individual or corporate, which provide to third parties, one or more of the following services:

a. surveillance of movable or immovable assets and facilities,

b.  protection of natural persons,

c. safe transport with specially adapted – armored vehicles of money, valuables, antiquities, works of art and valuable objects,

d. protection of spectacles, exhibitions, conferences, competitions and sporting events,

e. security control of crews, passengers, hand luggage, baggage, cargo and postal material at airports and ports, as well as control of access to the areas and, in general, to their facilities after approval by the competent aviation or port authority,

f. escort for the safe movement of vehicles carrying bulky or heavy objects, with special vehicles bearing markings,

g. accompanying sport missions for their safe movement,

h. preparation of studies and design of measures for the safe implementation of the activities of cases a’ to g’ of this paragraph,

i. installation, maintenance and monitoring of the operation of safety and alarm systems, except for those installed in a car,

 j. exploitation of alarm signal reception, control and transmission centers and

k. preparation of studies and design of security systems, regarding the activities of cases i’ and j’ of this paragraph.

  • For the exercise of the above activities, the Company has been licensed according to the requirements of article 2, Law 3707/2008.
  • Company’s employees, who are part of the security staff, have the work permit, described in article 3 of Law 3707/2008. The work permit is personal, valid for five (5) years and renewed for an equal period each time.
  • In compliance with the provisions referred to in article 4 of Law 3707/2008, the Company:
  • Employs as security personnel, those having the required work permit.
  • Trains the employed security personnel, depending on the tasks assigned to them.
  • Uses the prescribed uniform for the security personnel.
  • Uses means and methods, which do not cause damage, harm, inconvenience to third parties, nor endanger the safety of citizens.
  • Respects, during the exercise of its activities, all citizens’ rights.

ΙΙ. Other NOESIS SECURITY services

The rest of the services provided by the Company, such as the cleaning services of buildings, indoor and outdoor spaces, the maintenance services of gardens, elevators, fire detection and fire protection systems, as well as the disinfestation and disinfection of buildings, are governed by the current Greek and Community legislation, as well as any special legislation, such as:
